Complete works of H.P.Lovecraft

Howard Phillips Lovecraft (August 20, 1890 – March 15, 1937) was an American author of horror, fantasy, and science fiction, known then simply as weird fiction.
Lovecrafts major inspiration and invention was cosmic horror; the idea that life is incomprehensible to human minds and that the universe is fundamentally alien. Those who genuinely reason, like his protagonists, gamble with sanity. Lovecraft has developed a cult following for his Cthulhu Mythos, a series of loosely interconnected fiction featuring a pantheon of human-nullifying entities, as well as the Necronomicon, a fictional grimoire of magical rites and forbidden lore. His works were deeply pessimistic and cynical, challenging the values of the Enlightenment, Romanticism, and Christian humanism. Lovecrafts protagonists usually achieve the mirror-opposite of traditional gnosis and mysticism by momentarily glimpsing the horror of ultimate reality.
Although Lovecrafts readership was limited during his life, his reputation has grown over the decades, and he is now commonly regarded as one of the most influential horror writers of the 20th century, who together with Edgar Allan Poe has exerted "an incalculable influence on succeeding generations of writers of horror fiction". Stephen King has called Lovecraft "the twentieth Centurys greatest practitioner of the classic horror tale."

Pros and cons of H.P. Lovecraft Collection app for iPhone and iPad

H.P. Lovecraft Collection app good for

The app has all of HP Lovecrafts best know work, Its all there and its easy to read. I found myself barely noticing that im using my itouch and it feels just like reading any novel. My only issue with the app is that scrolling occasionally messes up, When i want to scroll down i go up and so forth. Other than that good app, great price, and has all the good sotires.
Now this works again it is once again my favourite app - every tale by the greatest horror writer to put pen to paper. The developers were aware of the app problems for some time and seemed not to care - it took another user to help out . 5 star app, 1 star developer
I love this app! I have read many books from this collection and its a really good app. The only thing I would add to it is page numbers so you know how long each story is before reading.
I like H.P. Lovecraft so this is a decent app. The only complaint that I have is that sometimes the words run off the screen and you have to guess what it is. Pretty good, just dont wake the Old Ones.
A few minor errors here and there, such as letters appearing off screen, but overall a steal at $2.99 for the complete works of lovecraft. Please though, change the app name, as it says hp lovecaft on the homescreen.
Just needs page turning effects, and better divided interface(dont arrange it like one long book). Also once in a while words run off the page. Small issues with an otherwise great app.

Some bad moments

Was a great way of passing the time, updated it to get the "better visibility" and now it simply crashes whatever you try and do :( Great app, but no longer works :(
The app was excellent until I got my iPhone 5 and it stopped working. If you want to use this app you need an iPhone 4
Love this app, but hoping a lower score will encourage the author to fix the text run-off on so many pages.
After updating this app, it doesnt work anymore. It Crashes right after i select reading. Fix this please.
I just bought this app and read a few pages the other day, then I updated this the day the update came out. Ever since that update, I cannot use the book app. The app crashes upon selecting an option. Fix soon
I have the same problem as the other recent reviewers. Fix please
